The problem
The existing site was slow on 4G, product pages duplicated each other, and the checkout asked for more than a UK customer needed to give.
What we did
- Information architecture for collections and product SEO
- Mobile-first product pages and a shorter checkout
- UK shipping and VAT presented in plain English
- Redirect map so existing Google rankings were not thrown away
